Refund Policy for ETNEP Program


The fee for attending the CAET Enterostomal Therapy Nursing Education Program (ETNEP) is $4500.00 CDN. Payable in three installments of $1500.00 prior to the start of each clinical course. The cost of the Professionalism course is included in these costs.

You may pay online for the ETNEP course with your VISA or Mastercard using the secure electronic payment processing form. Please complete the required information and click the “Proceed to Secure Payment Page” button only once when finished.

You will be emailed a receipt of the transaction for your records.

If you decide to cancel your payment during the payment process, you will be returned to this page.


Before the Program Starts:

If written (email) notification of withdrawal is received by the CAET Academy Administrative Assistant more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the commencement of any course (professional Practice, Ostomy, Continence or Wound), the CAET Academy will retain $300.00 from the course tuition fees.

After the Program Starts:

  1. If the CAET Academy Administrative Assistant receives written (email) notification of withdrawal or a student is dismissed, within Five (5) calendar days after commencement any course Professional Practice, Ostomy, Continence or Wound), the CAET Academy will retain $500.00 from the course tuition fees.
  2. No refunds will be given after five (5) calendar days from the commencement of any (Professional Practice, Ostomy, Continence or Wound) course.
